What video camcorder is right for me?

I want something cool but not expensive.. I’d say my budget is around $250-$350. I just want something that is easy to plug into my computer and upload quickly to something like youtube. I would also like to be able to edit these video with video editing software. Anyone have some good ideas? I’ll add more detail if you guys have questions.

For 25 they also have the line aiptek dv4100 and its great you can get them at aiptekcom for 25 they also have the time.
