Is both hardware & software required?

I downloaded a program called Watch TVPro and the installation stopped because the program is unable to find a module/device in my Windows XP Prof.
Possible with Technotrend-Premium and compatible PCI TV cards (DVB-s and DVB-C) (this program doesn’t work with budget cards, such as the Hauppauge Win TV Nova, USB cards or analog TV cards)
Do I need to purchase a DVB-s card from a computer store or an electronics store to go into my processor??.
And to your knowledge would I have to search for additional software to obtain this TV transmission from Germany.
I can get CTube and YouTube with no additional software.

The software to buy your hardware if you to watch tvpro is the software to buy your hardware if you to buy your hardware if you already havent got it hugh fraser.

You need Hardware to run Software, Hardware(computer,card’s,modems etc.) without software is like a book with empty pages.
Or like a person without Brain (example see G.Bush)
