You are In WAYYYYY over your head, friend. First thing you do is set aside about $50k for a cosultant to come in and spec it all out. Hire a pro and move aside. How long is that 900k supposed to last? Your headcount you list will cost you more than half of that 900K in the first year, but I have no idea how you can determine you staff requirements before you determine your hardware requirementsd, and you can’t determine your hardware requirements without fully spec’ing out the app requirements. What about the WAN?
