Can you think of specific processes that have now been improved due to your increased knowledge in software applications? For example, the ability to manage a budget using Excel.

that might be an excellent example for you but I was thinking more along the lines of allowing my computer to switch on and off all the air conditioning banks so that in the effort of not going into peak demand rates ever again we can duty cycle off unused areas and return to them before an ambient temperature change of 2 degrees is felt inside the offices. That means that by turning three of twelve units off during peak demand times and rotating which three are off while the other nine are on therefore being 20 percent less in usage (normal) and always keeping those peak demand rate backed off so 400 times more expensive kilowatt hours in peak demand won’t ever be charged up again. The program costs $120.00 and the first month savings was $13,000.00
