I am looking at purchasing a computer with a monitor and a graphic tablet. I was wondering whether you could help me with the computer specifications (memory, video card, RAM, etc.) suitable for a PC used mainly for graphics.

I would also like some advice and recommendations on graphic tablets and monitors. Oh and does anybody have anything to say on software (photoshop?)
I’m looking for the best quality within a reasonable budget. Money isn’t too much of an issue, as long as it’s not wasted on purchases I don’t need.
