I want to build a website that would allow people to interact sort of like a game, something like the Sims. I want them to be able to view different categories and home decor like when you make your house on the Sims game. i also want to give them a budget on how much they can spend and such… can someone please direct me…

You need a programming language. I suggest reading up on the various programming languages available (Google it please). There’s many choices and you need to pick at least one. So start reading about the choices.

Yep - they’re called compilers. They take your code and turn it into an executable - that’s how games, and most other software is made.

To make something as complex as The Sims you’ll almost certainly need to use C/C++ - it’ll take you a long time before you get good enough to tackle that progam though… start small and work your way up to colossal later…

Read up on different programming languages and game programming. Make sure you understand what a huge task creating something like you are talking about starting with no programming experience will be. Once you’ve done that and chosen a suitable language for what you have in mind (could be done in many, but would need to be C/C++ or C# for any decent 3D) and start learning! Good luck!
