Web Design - Best Software For Free Or Cheap?

If you have some HTML and CSS knowledge, I’d suggest expanding on it and learning to write all your own code. That way, you won’t be tied to any one piece of software. You can use any text editor. I’d recommend Notepad ++ (it’s free). Writing your own code will also give you a better understanding of how your site works, and how to change it to suit your needs.

Just learn HTML and CSS it only takes a week. Then just use notepad or microsoft front page to write the pages.

Hey, i know of this product.: Ready Made Joomla. It basically provides ready made sites in a package. You might find some help from here:
