Scenario: The company itself resides into no more than 10-15 people, business class ADSL connection (6mbit) cameras and such will be up to the company.

Budget: Money isn’t an issue as long as a resolute justification for it goes along.
Considerations: Stability of the application itself, quality of audio and video.
